Our Story
Started in 2018 With a Simple Belief
Jumpstart North Philly was founded on a straightforward idea: the people who live in North Philadelphia should be the ones who own it, develop it, and benefit from its growth.
Too often, outside investors arrive in neighborhoods like Germantown, Olney, Logan, and Nicetown — buying properties, extracting value, and leaving. We exist to change that equation.
Since 2018, we've trained hundreds of emerging investors and developers through our bootcamps, workshops, and mentorship programs. Our graduates have gone on to acquire properties, complete rehabs, and build portfolios — right here in the neighborhoods they call home.
The people who live in North Philadelphia should be the ones who own it.

Founder & Lead Instructor
Robin founded Jumpstart North Philly with a vision to democratize real estate investing in underserved communities. With decades of experience in Philadelphia real estate, she has personally mentored hundreds of investors through their first deals and beyond.
Community Team
Program Coordinators & Mentors
Our team of coordinators and volunteer mentors are active investors and developers who give back by guiding the next generation. Every mentor in our network has completed deals in North Philadelphia.
